I dont know about most of you guys and ladies, but after I train I get HUNGRY !!!
Wasnt always this way but I think my body Just started to really enjoy food so I have to feed the machine !!!

After your workout, do you come home and eat ? If so what is your favorite or go to meal after training ?
I personally like 2-3 chicken breasts, golden brown , w/ either brown rice and red beans or pasta, but if i can get a good steak , medium well , w/ 2-3 potatoes Ill have that !!! Cant forget my protein shake. I always drink a protein shake w/ my post workout meal , its actually really good that way , I think anyways !!!
Plus a tall glass of water !!!
