TweetHaha yup I had quite a bit of water and fat on me. I was having a hard time eating the amounts of straight protein guns wanted me to eat. So he eventually just told me to eat. Turning 14 or 16 ounces of protein into nachos, tacos, cheeseburgers, and such made it easier to put more food down. So my bulk was not quite as clean as he wanted it to be. But I've learned a lot this go round now and have some tricks in my toolbox. The plan is for my upcoming bulk diet to be a bit cleaner but my carbs a bit higher because I'm going to keep the cardio and conditioning in way higher this year. Nothing crazy but definitely enough to keep some added fat and water off and general cardiovascular health. I felt like crap at that weight being all bloated like that.
