TweetYes it does work. Much milder than a fat loss product containing caffeine and or ephedrine... but it does work. I like it cause I can take it anytime I want.
TweetRight now I'm taking C2K Raspberry Ketones. Raspberry ketones are claimed to cause the fat within cells to be broken down more effectively, helping the body burn fat faster. I'm not sure if the scientific part of that is true but I have definitely seen my appetite decrease and feeling less hungry in between meals. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to try raspberry ketones or looking for something to suppress their appetite and help with fat loss!!

Tweetfor ppl using raspberry ketones i always like to recommend using green coffee bean extract and garcinia cambogia, it's a nice little fat burning stack that doesn't have you feeling cracked out or uneasy

Tweetnot to knock a product or what people use but i just read a paper and an article stating that both raspberry ketones and garcina cambogia or absolutely worthless for weight or fatloss. the ketones dose needed for humans to achieve any benefit is unattainable from what the study pointed out. the article also pointed out that the gov is going after doc oz for semi marketing these worthless products to consumers. i cant remember what gov agency that is taking action against him but it wasnt the fda it was another one.
now the green coffee bean extract and ecgg or whatever the acronym for green tea are great supps for weight/fat loss as well as capsicums

Tweetone of the studies and the articles is in this months issue of muscular develpment in the fat loss research section. they actually break down most of the common ingredients in fat burners and what works and doesnt work. i will go back and look for the research paper again. it may have been on mountaindog's site i saw and read it on. i will look for it though
