TweetWell if you were moderate the day before and now all of a sudden you are slight..... it means you ingested to many Carbs or spiked your insulin. The cardio should help, I have only been able to get into ketosis after 3 days including lifting, chromium, and vanadyl. Usually the afternoon of that thrid day as well... Another thought is that you maybe ingesting to many proteins and not enough fat...... for your calorie mix.
