Green Tea, home brew or store bought?
TweetSo, who here is a fan of green tea and drinks it? Do you prefer home brewed or store bought? For me, i used to get Lipton bottles for convenience,but now I like brewing my own at home. Right now i have a box of Red Diamond green tea and a box of Sleepytime tea also, day time i like the Red Diamond unsweetened on ice, the Sleepytime serves better warm as an occasional treat from the Red Diamond. bordem and thirst brought this thread up!

TweetYes, home brewed is the only way to go. So far I have not found any of the store bought green tea that didnt either have HFCS or artificial sweetener.
I get a gallon jug, fill it with water and about 7-10 green tea bags, let it sit for a couple hours. I just drink it from the jug and leave the bags in the jug.
They say its a fat burner, but I dont know

Tweethome brew is the best, you will get the highest concentration of polyphenols and EGCG, which i think are the anti oxidants that are beneficial to you. processed teas have much fewer benefits.
I brew a bunch and put it in a pitcher in the fridge so I can have a glass any time. I also just like the taste. make your own. more benefits
