Whatever the case may be, he should get on some bp meds but if it were me, I would try to find and eliminate the root cause. This is me though. You can lead a horse to water but you cant make him drink it,lol.

sleep apnea causes rbc to elevate and can cause high blood pressure. you're body is starving for oxygen so it starts making more rbc's to compensate. I have it and have a cpap. I didn't realize how shitty I was sleeping until I got my machine.
My blood pressure gets a little out of whack when im on tren. 20mg of Cialis a day brings it check and I have a boner on demand. win win.

I think my BP goes up on Cialis. Maybe cause Im hitting it so much, haha! But seriously think it elevates mine. Ill have to check next time I take it!
