Tweetnice, where's the six meal? I'm thinking of doing that, what times do you plan on eating?
TweetI'm changing things up. Dumping my carbs, increasing my lean protein intake and am adding some ThyroBoost by Labrada.
I'll be eating six times daily and will starting a new regimen this evening after work. My primary goal is to lean out as much as possible. Does anyone have any input on the low carb approach to shedding body fat?
My menu will be something similar to the following:

Ditto M2

TweetMy first meal will be between 7am and 7:30am. Meal 5 will be protein powder.
Tweeti think that diet needs more fat >from the right sources....flax and olive oil, natural pb...and CLA.....EFAs turn your body into a fat burning machine!! ( i dont really talk like that)...since ive been adding a quality source of fat to every meal...ive continued to shed fat..w/out flattening out...good luck
TweetYou definatly need high fat if you are going with the low carbs.
Try a few table spoons of Flax through out the day and if you cant stomach drinking it off the spoon, then add them to your shakes.
