TweetOne alternative thing to try is getting yourself an electric stim machine, they are very affordable now. In fact you can find them in mall kiosks even now.

So why electric stim? Because as we age blood flow to tendons and connective tissue gets less an less the stim helps alleviate these issues.

I am a huge believer in electric stim for injuries and not just muscle one but tendons also...

TweetActually, boldenone has done wonders for many people I know. Personally, I never have a problem so I'm not talking from 1st hand experience. It works by lubricating the joints via collagen synthesis. Cllagen produced by boldenone is stronger than normal. Deca does too, but I think its over rated.

I hear Cymbalta is effective as well.
