      Hey all,

I am currently on a Cyclical Ketogenic Diet where I go zero carbs M-Th, and carb up on the weekend. Well, I know the body opus book talks about this as being the way to go.

I'm 6'1", currently 210lbs and about 15%bf. I am going to start a 10-week cutting cycle in 3 weeks that consists of Test/Tren/EQ/dobl and Winny. I also have Clen and T3.

My goal is to get ripped. Of course I'd love to add some mass, but that's a secondary goal right now.

So, my real question is whether to stick with the CKD or try a TKD (don't remember what that stands for). I've been researching about a TKD and it seems to make more sense. Basically it's where I only eat carbs post workout(or pre).

If a TKD is better, how much and what types of carbs should I do post-workout? Or should I do them pre-workout?

If a CKD is better, what types of carbs should I be getting on weekends and should I still stick with the golden rule of "no carbs after 6pm".....

      Thanks!
      Skarn

I preffer a TKD style approach, but everyone is different. I say try both and stick with the one that works best for you.
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

best way would be to try both.

If you feel you are too weak for your WO then switch to TKD
