TweetThis article looks pretty anti cow's milk to me. Just take the protein numbers and toss em out the window. Soy protein is far from complete and aminos are low. Cow's milk is pretty much complete. Granted it is high in calories and has lactose (I am good with)
Best IMO is almond milk and whey protein.
Tweeti like the flavor of unsweetened coconut milk also. a blend of coconut and almond is outstanding

TweetI use almond milk as well. I have tried cashew milk. A bit too thick for me tho.
