⅓ to ¾ cup vanilla soy milk (you can also use almond milk or skim milk)
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp maple syrup
3 or 4 ice cubes
Directions
Throw all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. Try adding some parsley, celery or cilantro to intensify the flavor.
