TweetUpdate..Back on track now..Was off cuz i had an operation for 4wks Been training now for 2wks and im about where i was when I left, but I have a ways to go. Want to get more cut and defined. Will post up some pics if i can in a few weeks. Hopefully Ill be up to par by then..Cant go on any aas, so I will wait to start cycle in the spring and will be the same as the last (Prino/clen and end with var..Id like to get some t-bol as It works better for me for cutting.

TweetTy Superman!..I want to get more cut than in my previous pics..More define in the abs and everything else..Tryin hard to eliminate sodium..clean diet like little carbs and just good fats..doin the macros. doin alot of carido about 7 miles a day..along with my weight training. Only fruit intake is Pom juice and some Goji. Ive been a little weak the first week and most of the 2nd but this week im seeing some strength gain comin back. Im eating a lot of protein with shakes about 250mg to 300mg ed. So is more than double my bodyweight. It is hard to adjust aft being off and on..Hopefully I wont have to go off for awhile now.
