TweetFirst few pics in this thread were b4 I started my summer cycle. I have since dropped about 10lb and lower bf to about 10%. I am still doin same diet of all protein and Keto..mostly. I do implement alittle fat like nat pnut butter and flax. I did as u know Primo all summer..doing it with clen and then towards the end added var. Primo works well for me and no sides other than vascularity and muscle hardness. My objective is not to develop larger muscle, but in more quality and hardness. It is not much of a strength builder for me..As you know it really is not the good aas for a male. I wish I could use NNP myself, but it is a form of Deca/19nor, so you know what would happen to me if I use it, lol! Been off cycle now for about??? 4wks and still holding little water, as I am still running aldactone/spirno @ 50mg ed. I have a surgery in Dec..so it is my goal to be at prime b4 I go under the knife. I like to be in very good shape so i find recovery is much quicker. My metabo is very high and because I do many miles of cardio per day. I prob wont be able to do for about min of 4 wks post op. I do not know what I will do, because I go crazy if I cant..
