First few pics in this thread were b4 I started my summer cycle. I have since dropped about 10lb and lower bf to about 10%. I am still doin same diet of all protein and Keto..mostly. I do implement alittle fat like nat pnut butter and flax. I did as u know Primo all summer..doing it with clen and then towards the end added var. Primo works well for me and no sides other than vascularity and muscle hardness. My objective is not to develop larger muscle, but in more quality and hardness. It is not much of a strength builder for me..As you know it really is not the good aas for a male. I wish I could use NNP myself, but it is a form of Deca/19nor, so you know what would happen to me if I use it, lol! Been off cycle now for about??? 4wks and still holding little water, as I am still running aldactone/spirno @ 50mg ed. I have a surgery in Dec..so it is my goal to be at prime b4 I go under the knife. I like to be in very good shape so i find recovery is much quicker. My metabo is very high and because I do many miles of cardio per day. I prob wont be able to do for about min of 4 wks post op. I do not know what I will do, because I go crazy if I cant..
I am prob more like 11-12 % bf Grilling steaks and chicken has become a habit lol It is most easy thing for me to do though..Hate doin dishes, lol

Yes, it is I MrzDiva..I worked pretty hard this past summer and still workin it. I am off cycle now about 4wks.., but keeping it..dont want to loose it. Alot of peeps go downhill aft cycle, because they think they can, but its post cycle you really have to push yourself. It is actually easier, or should I say less hard lol Dont even think it guys! I mean it is less..damn it! You know..So I am still on this darn diet of proteins mostly and hardly no carbs and very low sodium. I still am having hard time with the sugars..Do guys have it this bad with the sugars?? Maybe I will try this green coffee bean thingy..? Anyway, thanx for the kudos..very appreciated.

i have the same issues with sugar as soon as i start dieting to compete. i think for me it is mainly in my head cause i know that i cant have it though.

Ty Baby1..Trying actually to find another style..getting tired of it lol. Anyway, I think the surgar cravings are mostly hormonal, but some of it is due to the fact that I take in very little carbs. I try to eat it b4 I work out though, so it is burned off instead of converted. This is why im looking into the green coffee. It is supposed to stop the conversion of sugars in the liver and slow it down. It is not that expensive..
Its a capsule actually not like drinking coffee..I dont think I would like to drink green coffee ha Hope you all have a fun day..I c it is another beautiful day in paradise..(not)..Its rainy, cold and damp here in the midwest..I need to move!
