I dont spot so dont ask, Im here for me not you lol 5'11" 230 pounds normally around 6-8 BF but mostly use the mirror to measure not the scale or the tape. Eat and train like a body builder but now teaching has become a bigger deal and using compounds to maintain my physical stature and ability to train for long hours
