TweetMy wife has started lifted about 3 months ago. Since then, she has gone from a size 10 in women;s jeans to a size 6. She has also gone from 152 to 161 gaining 9 pounds while still dropping her waist size. She's 5'7" tall and is 38 years old. Up until 3 months ago she was basically a couch potatoe. Everywhere she goes, people ask her if she is a bodybuilder as her shoulders and arms are rather large. Here's a pic taken in Florida a few weeks ago.
