TweetMan, you are looking great to be so far out. Very smart of you to eat clean all year and not have to drive yourself crazy in the final weeks. I don't see how guys like Lee Priest do it. That dude will gain like 60 pounds in the off season and he looks like a totaly fat ass and then goes through all that work to get back down. Why not just eat clean and add or subtract cals? You did it right bro. That's what Arnold would do, he stayed pretty lean year round and would actually GAIN weight for the Olympia. LOL Very few have that discipline these days.
TweetThanks everyone for going on this journey with me. I am excited and confident that I will do well and as my coach, pro bodybuilder Don Long says, "leave no stones unturned". Snickers has been there spotting me and handing me those 125 lbs. dumbells. Big Mikey and Gym Diva have been there texting away to keep me focused and hungry. The rest of FG always has my back. We'll see if I can bring home the win!!
