TweetI agree 100% and CONGRAT bro...I wish I started when I was your age, 26 now but at 19 your on your way bro....You will be a freak in no time...Get that back thickness and shoulders up and try to get your legs a tad bit leaner (which is the hardest part imo)...Maybe try some lunges last 6 weeks 2x a week along with stairmaster 3-4 times a when you get closer to the show 3-4 weeks out.
