this is my third cycle and they have all been the same with the exception of my last. I added eq from weeks 2-20...after week 16 it was prop and eq until week 20. everything else was the same as the above cycle.

I really dont have a diet to follow. i dont pay attention to anything except my protien intake and i get 400-500 grms of that a day. I eat all day long and honeslty dont eat all that clean. I dont eat greasy fatty foods bc i dont like them...i'm not a sugar/ candy or soda guy either. I eat the shizza out of whatever meat i can get my hands on and can't get enough pasta. I eat alot of veggies but no more than the average person that just happens to like veggies.
Believe it or not i get about 10-20 minutes of cardio in a week....if i'm lucky
oh, and i get 5hrs of sleep a night m-f.....
