TweetGive me some input on what I could do. My stats are 156, around 13% BF. As u can see in the first picture I was kinda fat. I lost most of that just from working out. I'm planing on cuttin up within a few months. So give me your input.

TweetI feel like i bulked up alot thats for sure. I saw more results from a 2 week cycle of m1t than i have from anything else. Worked great in my opinion. I wasnt expecting it to be like it was.
