TweetNot a flame bro, but you need to improve everything and cutting now is just going to be counter productive. You will lose some hard earned muscle cutting, when you should be trying to add as much as possibe.
Tweetyah i know...what im doing now is trying to stay on a 1200 calorie diet, or around there, with high protien, then on non lift days refeeding at around 2000-2500 calories...and im on a M1T cycle for bulking, so what im thinking might happen is that with my diet i wont gain any unwanted fat weight, and since its healthy im actually losing fat, and muscle isnt really being lossed bc im refeeding and having high protien (which also i would like some feedback bc i mean when i say high, i mean 56g of protien per shake, which i dont know if its healthy) will keep my mucsles growing and the M1T will bulk me up...then after the cycle im gonna of course be PCT-ing, but also taking taraxatone which is gonna suck water out of me that the M1T put in, so in essence ill be losing fat and gaining muscle mass, and at the end ill look semi cut...(P.S. if you think i dont have muscle, thats me 2 X bigger than i used to be lol)
Here are some measurements i just took:
Bicep- 14.5 inches
Chest- 41.5 inches (at nipples)
Stomach- 36 inches (at belly button)
Neck- 15.5 inches
Tweet#1. eat (you may already know this) but eat at least 1 gram of protien per pound of body weight (and don't just assume you getting enough at each meal count and write it down for a few weeks, chances are you are not getting enough) And break it up more, 60 grams at once is going to do you no good.
#2. Carefull with the M1T that some harsh shit, make sure you give you body a break form it (you said its your 3rd cycle) give youself some time now if it hasn't been long since your last one.
Tweet1) Yah, the one gram per pound thing is what ive been seeing, and I just started a diet "log" recording calories, carbs, fat, and protien (started it like 4 days back)...and the reason it was 60 grams at once is bc the protien i have is 23 grams a scoop, and ive been told to add two scoops...then i add penut butter for some calories and taste, and with the skim milk it just comes out to alot of protien...ive also seen that your body cant digest more than 30g of protien a hour, so i think im just gonna knock it down to one scoop at a time...
2) Yup, it is some powerful shit, and it can take a toll on your body also...this is why i take milk thistle on and off cycles, 4AD to prevent the sides, and then on PCT i use 6-oxo...my first cycle i did 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off (PCT)...then second cycle i did 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off (PCT), 2 weeks off (completely)...so now im about to start another 2 on, 2 off (PCT) but at the end of this cycle im going to the doc to test my liver, kidneys, and a complete blood test...thanks for the concern tho...and thanks for the help, feel free to keep commenting...
