I wouldn't say eat Anything you want/see. But considering that you are so lean, you might be able to get away with more than most. A good rule of thumb would be to hit "around" 3500 cals a day, and "around" 300-350 Pro. a day if you can. As for carbs....well, I'd say about 450 a day, but EVERYBODY differs on that one, so do some research and see what everyone else says; I'd just hate for you to put on too much fat , thus slowing you down on the basepaths. And fat, just try not to go for a snickers everytime you see one and you'll be fine......don't analyze it too much, bc after all, you said you're not going for looks like most of us, only performance.
