      I took omnadren 250 my first and I weighed 155 6% bf and it got me up to 172 and I did it alone for 6 weeks. so test 500mgs aweek is fine by itself

      ok guys one more q.
      can i switch from primoteston depot 250 (test enath) schering to qv test 250 right at the middle of my cycle?
      and yep! i want those 10 lbs directly to bump performance, i don't care a shit about looks.

      test is test so I dont think it will matter. YOu will gain more than 10lbs on your first cycle if you eat and workout hard. and your lean like I was so 10 20lbs is a big difference.

      so i have to aim for bulking, that is to sacrifice the cuts for a while... so no more clean eating? should i try to eat whatever i see? and aim 4000 cals a day?

      I wouldn't say eat Anything you want/see. But considering that you are so lean, you might be able to get away with more than most. A good rule of thumb would be to hit "around" 3500 cals a day, and "around" 300-350 Pro. a day if you can. As for carbs....well, I'd say about 450 a day, but EVERYBODY differs on that one, so do some research and see what everyone else says; I'd just hate for you to put on too much fat , thus slowing you down on the basepaths. And fat, just try not to go for a snickers everytime you see one and you'll be fine......don't analyze it too much, bc after all, you said you're not going for looks like most of us, only performance.
