Tweetgood job with the progress scarecro. If you stick with bi-weekly goals like gainning 2 or 3 pounds its much more do-able and less discouraging and before you know you'll be a monster. If you can stuff your face with food in hopes that those 2 or 3 pounds will be on the scale by the second week its easier than to say "I wanna be 30 pounds heavier by summer" or something like that. And if its not there the second week then work for the third. You'll get there.
