The body weight changes weekly man, from time to time.
This is what I eat, and I know its wrong to eat junk and all but I still do since I got a hell of a fast metabolism. Ive always been skinny and the only way I gain muscle isby eating alot. If I do put on some fat its not that ugly saggy fat, my stomach just gets thicker instead of saggy. Me and allmy family got a veryfast metbolism.
This is that I eat bro, some foods are junk food but I keep the proteins high.

9:30am: I have 3 whole eggs and a banana. Also a Pro-Rated
shake.
12:00pm: chicken breast with rice and some beans with a soft
drink or water.
2:00pm: 1 can of tuna with crushed chips and water
3:30: A cheat snack at work of peanutbutter and 2 whole milks
6:00pm: either a round steak or chicken breast or a ham
sandwich with around 5 slices of ham, pickles and some
tea.
9:00pm: 1 can of tuna with water
11-12pm: 4 hard boiled eggs(whole) with water
12-1am: banana with a Pro-Rated Shake.

Thats all I do and so far so good, Im probably gonna get some more eggs in their but egg whites and up the Tuna to 3 cans per day. Im gonna start buying more chicken breasts and eat 2 a day also. The Pro-Rated shake take 3 a day when I order more. Im currently at 225 right now. My legs are sorta lagging a bit but by December I'll gain 2 inches or so. Probabaly weigh 225 or so. On January I start my cycle and I hope tohit 250 by the time summer gets here and then cut it down to 230 with around 10% bf. Thats all what Im aiming for right now.
