      Yes--flexer01 if people would be consistant with this one bodypart a day program--IT WORKS!!
      You can use it to cut up or bulk up!
      Just remember to do a couple of drop sets at the end of all your sets!
      I will always drop set with 2 no rest sets after the heaviest set!

      big N I'm here not to start battles or throw punches back at each other. We all are brothers in the same sport. I wish you the best in what you are looking for.

      I post up pics to for two reasons:

      1) To get good and bad feedbacks. I have no problem taking negative feedback--that's how you learn and grow.

      2) The second reason I post is to generate publicity for me because I'm competing at National Levels.

      Like I said before if anybody needs help with routines, dieting, etc..--I will answer. Just PM me and I will put up a post in the specific section.

      I'm hoping to do the NorthAmericans. I haven't heard anything about the show so it may be cancelled. It was held here in Detroit the past year. If cancelled I will compete in the Nationals as a Superheavy.

      FOR INSTANCE HERE'S MY WORKOUT

      DAY 1 CHEST
      DAY 2 BACK
      DAY 3 ARMS
      DAY 4 LEGS
      DAY 5 SHOULDERS

      ITS THE BEST ROUTINE YOU CAN DO!! I perform between 20-25 sets for each bodypart! It only takes 45 min. to do!!



      That's very simialr to mine except that I do:

      Day 1 Chest
      Day 2 Back
      Day 3 Shoulders
      Day 4 Legs
      Day 5 Arms

      I do five exercises per body part and 3 working sets for each exercise. I then do a 4th set with a lighter weight than the 1st set going to failure.

      Would it not be better on your routine to separate Back and Arms with another day or two since biceps get hit secondary on a back workout? Just curious...

      i do the same split except i do legs wed. and arms thurs....do 16 sets most of the time and it takes me an hour

      Lattimeer thanks for the comment! I can't tell exactly how many calories I take in a day:
      For example this was my breafast this morning:
      breakfast--BIG BOY BUFFET BREAKFAST--$5.99
      1) 17 scrambled eggs--they will make you as many as you want NEVER get the ones from the buffet itself--their nasty!!!
      2) 3 full plates of french toast
      3) 1 small box of raisin bran with glass milk
      4) 1 bowl of plain cream of wheat
      5) 10 strips of bacon
      That was my breakfast
      BIG BOY is an awesome buffet if you can get there. They are really friendly!!
      My arms I train very intense and heavy.
      Site injections do help when done properly and with the right things!
      Let me know if you want more detail and badguy fictional character for entertainment will tell you!

      Farrar-- I tried many ways and had found my shoulder workouts suffer after back day! I train with Smith Front Press with over 400 lbs sometimes and there is no way I can do that after back day. Arms are already pumped from day before and they fit in perfect the day after back. You can only tell this yourself. See what work bests for you.
