Diamond here is what my program looks like
Diet- at the front end of my program I owe a ton of thanks to SWOLECAT. He is a pro and puts together a real nice high protien TIMED carb eating plan. He is the master at getting people cut. Im on the front end of a cycle now so have added carbs back to my diet to try to add some size.
Cardio- I try to hit the bike in the AM on an empty stomach for 30-45 min- I wish i did every day but try to get 4 days a week
Workout program- 5 days a week monday- friday I do a body part a day and take weekends off
