TweetHey thanks for the posts guys much love. Yea my back always responds well!
Yea i definitely will start squats instead of presses. Now that my upper body has slightly edged my lower its time to get them in gear.

Tweetthanks bud.
pct has been a breeze. i didnt realize how much nolva screws with my mind, feel like crap all the time so i backed off the dosage. I have lost the pump look and about 3lbs. thats it! i still get a great pump though im not sure if its a combo of vitamind3 and tribulus but i love it
low dose test = easy pct
TweetThat's amazing progress. Keep going and keep us posted
TweetI agree it doesn't take a whole lot for me either. Again great job, amazing what a lil hard work'll do huh ? What where ya doing for your back ? got some really nice width going on.

TweetNot surprised many got into bodybuilding after kicking som bad habits as did I, this lifestyle is so much better. Glad to see the good progress.
Tweetthanks guys.
For back I love doing seated cable rows, behind the neck lat pulldowns(feel more comfortable that way), I like stiff leg deads and ill switch it up with tbar rows.. I never liked doing bentover db rows, i never get a good pump with that exercise.
