Thanks!! I am pretty excited about lifting right now....addicted would be a better word. Usually I will do my work sets until I get the reps easy and then start over with heavier weights...working up until I get the reps and then move again. It's been working so far. The only thing I have been skipping lately is cardio because I have been building a fence.
I have been looking at the SPF site at the records and what not and I am sitting pretty good at the moment going by the 165lb class. Now the goal is getting close to 165...haha! But I figure once I get to my body fat goal, I will be right there at 165.
