TweetAlright I finished week one......had a little bit of roid flu the beginning of last week for 2 days, i get this everytime I start regardless of product, I guess my system is just real sensitive to foreign substances, Ive found this to be true with other things as well not just aas. My strength, hunger, density, and weight are all up. Im up 4lbs upon wakening to 215lbs. My waist is def. smaller and I feel tighter all around, my pants are more loose around the waist and I can tell visually, my bf was maybe 9% upon beginning though im going rough estimates maybe lower maybe more but i use to monitor it weekly so my guess is a pretty educated one. The propianate is definately kicking in, im really glad Im doing the sus eod I can tell a difference from the past. Bottom line is ive def. made muscle growth but its also contributed to the fact that I took some time off from training as well and just starting really lifting heavy and pushing it where as the past few months ive just been going through the routine so I wouldnt get injured because of a big ego without the strength or stamina to lift it, you lose alot in 2 years, lol. Im taking multivitamin,vit c&e, isopure protein and isopure mrps, milk thistle, liver care (liv52), glutamine, post workout cocktail.
