      No, I don't know what you mean. "Harden your gains"...does this mean in terms of looks or strength?

      He is running deca and dbol, so I would imagine that a "hard" look is what he is after here. Personally, I don't care much for looks.

      ok , let me repharse it again: when u discontinue ur deca, u are suppose to prolong the test(for another 2 or 3 weeks) to solidify the gains that he gained from test and deca(together)....

      When you say LBS, do you mean Lean Body Mass (LBM)?

      You keep saying the same thing over and over.

      ... are you saying running the test a few weeks longer that deca will:
      1. Keep the strength gained from the two compounds together?
      2. Make the mucles LOOK harder at the end of the cycle?
      3. Keep the mass you gained from the two compounds ran together?

      It depends what ester of durabolin he is running

      if it's deca it will take 3 weeks for it to clear so line up the test to leave about the same time that the deca will leave, i think what he has written looks good. except 190g of protein for a 190lb BBer while ON isnt nearly enough IMO... 2g per LB while ON should be the formula

      if he is on a 12 week cycle he really is only peaked on test for 7 weeks coz it takes 2 weeks to get through your system so by adding 2 or 3 extra weeks at the end it makes up for the loss in the beggining so you muscles have a 10 week peak so they can mature...unless they will not mature enough and gains will be lost with water weight when coming off!! i hope u get my point here...

      Since the half life of Deca is about three weeks, runing test for those three weeks after his last poke of Deca, will give him the most bang for his buck, in terms of cycle synergy.

      Who knows if he'll end up "harder", heavier, leaner, fatter - his diet will be the determinate, not the gear.

      For the original poster, did I read correctly that you're downing 4000 cals and only 190g protein? If so, your diet is not sufficient to support muscle growth.

      190g protein is roughly 560 calories. (4 cals/gram)

      That's 3460 calories left to carbs/fat.

      Let's assume that you should keep carbs at about 25%. That's about 1000 calories or 250g carbs (also 4 cals/gram)

      In this example, over 50% of your diet consists of fat. Not good.

      If you take in much more than 25% carbs, your body will begin to store excess carbs as fat.

      Either way, your'e gonna get fat.

      At your BF/weight, 4000 seems plenty to support muscle growth. Just try to keep it at 50% protein, 25% fat, 25% carbs for bulking.
