For the original poster, did I read correctly that you're downing 4000 cals and only 190g protein? If so, your diet is not sufficient to support muscle growth.
190g protein is roughly 560 calories. (4 cals/gram)
That's 3460 calories left to carbs/fat.
Let's assume that you should keep carbs at about 25%. That's about 1000 calories or 250g carbs (also 4 cals/gram)
In this example, over 50% of your diet consists of fat. Not good.
If you take in much more than 25% carbs, your body will begin to store excess carbs as fat.
Either way, your'e gonna get fat.
At your BF/weight, 4000 seems plenty to support muscle growth. Just try to keep it at 50% protein, 25% fat, 25% carbs for bulking.
