Ya dude, I love this workout. But I would NOT suggest doing twice adays if you aren't on some mad AS. The workout I'm doing can easily be combined into 5 days so I am definitely considering that once my joints start to have unbearable pain. The 10,8,6 rep scheme is sweet. I respond very well to it.

Well, I got to start my fina today, I'm very excited! Shot 250mg test E and 75mg of Fina into my right quad today with no problems. My weight is back up to around 193. With the fina I'm expecting some more weight gain because of strength increases. I plan on recalculating my caloric needs sometime this week, just to make sure I'm still 500-1000 calories over.

Today I injected 200mg of EQ and 75mg of tren into my left glute. I bled a little after pulling out, almost bled on the carpet! Oh well, kinda makes me feel like a drug addict. The glute is a little soar, but nothing too bad. I think I might have hit close to a spot from my previous left glute shot.

Hey guys, for those of you reading, I'm dropping weight and I don't know why. I posted in the AS forum so if you wouldn't mind checking it out and giving me your feedback, I'd really appreciate it!

Get rid of the T3. Why would you want that if your trying to add weight. T3 is used for major weight loss or contest prep.

Thanks for your input, but I think you need to research your T3 more. T3 at low doses speeds up protein synthesis without shutting down thyroid production. This aids in gaining muscle without trying to burn fat.

Had my 5th day of fina today. No problems. My homebrew this time was superb, crystal clear! I'm holding steady at about 192 lbs. Strength is still increasing. I'll probably stick to the twice a day workout for another week. If I don't add a pound or two, or lose weight for that matter, I'll be switching to a once a day routine, 5 days a week. I'll also have to adjust my diet accordingly and take out the post workout carbs and add them back in somewhere as complex carbs. If the change goes into affect, I'll be sure to post a new diet and workout scheme.

Well, after consulting with a bunch of you guys and a few others from different boards, I decided to scratch my twice a day workouts. I'll now only be working out once a day 5x a week. I'll post the workout in the next few days. I also needed to change my diet up a little, I'll get that done today and post them both very soon.

I started my second week of fina today. I'm excited for it to kickin in a week or two. Things are starting to slow down a work too, so I should be less stressed...perfect opportunity to grow!

I had a GREAT chest workout yesterday. It's the strongest my chest has ever been. I got up to 275 on bench for a set of 6. It might be attributed to me going back to one workout a day. however, I was exhausted yesterday cause I didn't get much sleep. The only other thing it could be is the fina starting to kick in. We'll see how the workouts go this week to make judgement.

Hey everyone, things are getting back on track. After cutting the workouts down to once a day, I've felt much better. My strength is still consistently improving. My weight is back up to 194. If I'm still losing water from the dbol, I have no concerns with my weight. I figure if it's slowly increasing, that means I'm losing water and putting on muscle, can't complain about that. I'm still looking fairly lean so I think I'm doing well. All the injections have been going smoothly now that I'm injecting ED.
