Issues currently, tennis elbow L arm. Pretty rough completing some lifts. Keeping the lifts that agrivate light and high reps. Shoulder issues have not reappeared as of yet.

New gym is pretty cool, 24/7. They have a shit ton of new equipment. Im not a machine guy but this stuff may sway me to the other side. I hope that they add a squat rack and dead platform soon. It will then be a perfect gym. Here is their equipment;
