Tweeti wouldnt start with tris brother unless you are having tendonitus issues and need the additional warmup. warming them out before pressing is going to hamper your chest work imo. then again doing it every now and then might give them a little shock

TweetYou got it man I was definitely doing it for the triceps. I started off with a db press and seemed to be alot of pressure in my elbow so I did a little tricep work and just ran with it. But I agree completely.

Tweetgreat instincts on that one man. if it feels funky then go the other route for protection. no way you are going to be able to stress the elbow as bad doing tris as you would with heavy chest work
