Side lateral raise superset w/ peck deck 4 sets
Hammer strength press superset w/ reverse peck deck 4 sets
Battle ropes superset w/ tricep extension superset w/ wall dribbles 4 sets
Chest press machine 3 sets

Also threw in some low back stretches

Got to the gym and only one other guy was there. I was pretty excited and went to work. More supersetting but it felt really good. Pump was on point. Towards the end I felt like I should have done more chest, so I went back to a machine to get in some more volume. The weight lifting was really good. No real shoulder soreness or discomfort. The only pain I had was my lower back, I don't think it was from lifting, I think it's just from sitting all day at work. So I threw in some hanging and low back stretches in hopes to make it go away.

Low back bothered me all night and is still sore this morning. I must have done something at work or sat wrong for an extended period of time. I'll keep stretching it the best I can as the day goes on.
