looking good kat. yes get them, the apple cinnamon are unreal. throw some walden farms syrup or some waldon farms dip of some sort and you will think you are cheating they are so good

Happy Monday! I took the day off to hang with the kids for spring break. We were slow at work so I asked for the day off. I slept until 8ish. Lil man went to the gym with me. (Kids care) I was on a time limit but really wanted to keep going!

Up at 4:30 today...Got to gym right at 5. Workout was great! My chest and legs are a bit sore today but nothing to limit my workout. I can tell strength isn't 100% but it's so much better than it was last week! It was another one of those days I could have kept going!
