So the night sweats are in full swing, oh my god my bed is an absolute swimming pool. But besides that my training session last nite was straight beast. I did alot higher volume on back than normal and thats where im missing the boat. Im still battling this mother f'n fatigue about 30mins in and i always gotta mentally prepare myself for it otherwise i get discouraged and get lazy.
After my back workout i was so spent i only did 3 sets of standing ez bar curls, each set to failure. not what i had planned but i was very pleased and im actually sore today.
My diet has been on point all week im feeling really good about that and my metabolism is in full gear.
Ive gotta do legs next. I may go tonight or tomorrow morning.
