TweetThanks, MM, but the shoulders not that big of a deal to me. I'm alway injured....it's just a part of this lifestyle- IMO. (If it popped like your wifes did I might be saying something completely different!!) Others might disagree, but for the many bb'ers and especially pl'ers I have met its suprising how many have been dealing w long term injuries. I am taking Guages advice and I will go get a message. I can't decide on pressure point or deep tissue and then I need to make the time.

diet:
2 eggs, oatmeal w strawberries and lf pb
fruit protein smoothie
turkey breast, ff chz, light mayo, ww bread
lean burger, sweet tater
chix breast, brown rice
homemade turkey chili
raisin nut bran
my turkey chili recipe:
ground turkey
red kidney beans
light kidney beans or black beans
chili beans
salsa
can of lo so v8
any red wine- last nights selection was a Merlot
brown rice
avocado
Franks buffalo wing sauce
chili powder
cinnamon
I don't measure anything. I just chuck it in. Sometimes I use buffalo burger and chunks of ham too. Its good stuff. I finish it off w/ some shredded chz on top.
No gym last night.
