Meal 2: 10 oz chicken and 1 tbs coconut oil
Meal 3: 10 oz chicken and jasmine rice
Meal 4: 10 oz ground turkey and jasmine rice
Meal 5: 16 oz egg whites and oatmeal with SF syrup
Meal 6: 10 oz ground turkey
