TweetShoulder joints are annihilated...I just train around that...Ive been training around it for years..I can still bench dumbells but a straight bar is out of the question...I can do overhead presses, I just have to be super careful

But for pain , I've been using BPC 157 , maybe like 3X a week for them and pain has subsided big time !!!
I have a shoulder that's been bothering me , I'll shoot up some in there too !!!
