Tweetso im pretty sure i herniated my disc in my lwer lumbar again. i have pain all the way down to my tail bone and it radiates all the way down to my calf. im guessing my herniated disc is presssing on my sciatic nerve and causeing the pain in my left leg. i really dont wanna go to the doctors, seems they dont do shit for me everytime i go. but i do go to my chiropractor just seems like he hasnt done much for my back problem or cant find the root cause. any ideas or suggestions?
