The tendonitis might be more difficult to get approved. Too many OTC alternatives. You never know, my zantach is now over the counter and it was originally denied and the docs office called up the ins co claiming I can't remember correct dosing with the OTC products so its medically necessary and it got approved.
Many ways to skin a cat.
The OTC meds are a lot of the problem. Allegra isn't covered because Clartin can be bought OTC. The dose is much lower in the OTC Clartin than the Allegra. I can get away with OTC during the winter and summer months... but spring and fall my allergies are much worse, so I need something stronger. I try to stick with OTC when it's not prime allergy season.

I've asked for generic for the EstraTest and it's the same price as the brand, because neither one are on the insurance company's preferred list. Go figure

What about allergy shots. They will test you for allergens and then make a ****tail of alergens which will eventually desensitze you. Your insurance should cover that.

I was covered 100% and paid $5 for Test Cyp (200mg/wk). Changed jobs and insurance and now pay $45 per vial. Sucks but at least it's somewhat covered...

I have HRT Test. It was easy just did the bloodwork. GH is covered under my plan. There is a multitude of tests to take for GH but its worth it in the end. Go see an Endocrenoligist(spelling). Thats what they do. Get a FULL workup. Just so you know thats about 14 vials of blood equal to giving blood.. The nurse said shes never taken that much at once before.
In the morning on an empty stomach, I could barely walk out of there.
