TweetI've been going over this same exact question in my head for a little while now. I'm only doing 4iu per day and all at once at night before bed. So far, I'm loving it but constantly wonder if I should try splitting it 2 and 2.
TweetFor me up to 5iu i have done well with one shot post wo. I have to admit I like doing only one shot a day because it is convenient. My dose is now above that and if bodybuilding was convenient everyone would do it.
Tweeti have heard a couple big time coaches as well as a couple anabolic/health athletic docs talk about multiple inj of gh setting you up more for diabetic issues down the road. yes more pulses but more issues latter on

Tweetdo these coaches and docs recommend one shot ed even with doses in the 6-10iu range? what do you think is more effective for bbing, one shot or splitting?
Tweetone hit either before bed, at wake up, pre or post workout depending on what phase of training you are in. myself personally i use gh along with peps to save money. i will do my gh first thing in the am an hour or so before eating then i will pulse 2-3x per day with ghrp 6 or cjc 1295w/o dac and sermolene. that way i am not paying for 10+ ius of gh per day. i dont have the budget for that anymore. so i make do with what i got. the only other way i have used gh in high dosing protocols under the guidance of one of those coaches was a double split. one upon waking and one post workout. still running the risk but it keeps the cts at bay a little bit better

Tweetyou can watch a lot of john meadows interviews and symposium videos. he talks pretty much in depth on a lot of the topics himself. same thing goes for dr serano as well. i like to check out the strength and conditioning symposiums as well as the science and nutrition symposium videos. that's where i picked up a lot of that info. if you can find any of them that dr serano speaks at, you know you have hit gold. i would pull some of the articles and videos here but i pay for them and i am pretty sure i would get in trouble for doing so. they have tons and tons of great info out there though

TweetPre bed is what I've been doing for a while now. For me it's perfect, as it's one of the most optimal times to take it and the most convenient. I'm going to check out some of those videos Guns mentioned. I'm constantly going back and forth in my head on whether to keep all pre bed, or try splitting it. I always end up sticking with pre bed though lol.
TweetWhat works best for me and personal preference might not work for everybody. 4-6ius ED soon as I get up and then eating 1st meal hour to hour and half later. Remember this is what works best for me.
Tweetim glad you bumped this PUMPED. ive changed mine and its best that has worked so far for me: 3iu am/prewo, 2iu postwo, 3iu prebed. And like you this is just what im doing right now and not to be taken as advice.

TweetI was taking the whole dose prebed but i was getting sides pretty quick. am is prewo for me as well but doing it all then i had too much fatigue for my lift. I did it all post wo and i was too tired for the rest of the day. So I started 2iu am/prewo, 2iu postwo, and 2iu pre bed. Felt good enough to up my dose to 3-2-3. i have noticed for me 5iu+ at once causes some lack of energy. if i was going to do 10 i would probably do 3-3-4 but i am not there yet so i cant say for sure.
