Hello FG,

I know that there is a wealth of knowledge onthis site, and similar when I started running insuling severeal months ago, I got life saving help on this site no doubt about it.

I am 5 months away from a show, and after this one I want to hit nationals next year.

So I have been revamping my cycling a lot, and researching deeper and deeper. My first GREAT move was to add insulin to my weapons of mass destruction.

NOW I would like to look into GH.

5ius X 2 times per day??

5ius early morning 3-4AM?

5ius post workout??
But how will the post workout effect the insulin intake? Or am I completely wrong for thinking that I should run gh POST workout.

I am currently running 12ius of slin 2 xtimes per day....the 2nd intake is 30 mins post workout.


All help is trully appreciated.

I will be looking at blue tops for my first run of GH
