so i am cutting, and looking to add igf-1 lr3 into my pct to not only help maintain what little gains i achieved, but also assist in burning fat.

i was looking at doing 100 mcg immediately post-workout. my workout consist of weightlifting for roughly 45 minutes low weight, high reps, 30 sec rest between sets; and a cardio or HIT session following the weight lifting. the igf would be administered after cardio. i maintain no more than 100 grams of carbs a day, and i take this in my 1st half of the day typically prior to working out.

so my question is do i need some carbs in my post workout shake to prevent going into a hypoglycemic state? if so, will this have an affect on my burning fat being that i would need to take in simple sugars?

i was looking at adding a gatorade mix using about 30 grams of carbs, or eating some sort of fruit like a banana after administration.

I'm not sure how to answer all your questions.
But I wonder what you mean by Low weight?
I get high reps. All I wanted to add was to suggest you still train in that 8 to 12 rep range. Still tax the muscle with weight. If you lighten up the weights up too much the muscles will say "cool lets burn some of our size off" during this cut.

What time of day do you normally workout? Post workout is not the best time for lr3 use in my opinion.

Post workout for dosing lr3 is fine. I personally like to dose about 1 hour pre workout. That way I'm firing up all my receptors and the igf is in place to go to work. Then your carbs go straight to muscle building. that's from the book of rmewrench. lol

low weight: im doing sets in the rep range that follows: set 1: 20, set 2: 15, set 3: 12, set 4: 10, & set 5: & 20. each set i increase the weight to achieve failure at the desired rep range then drop back to what i started with for set #5. i am always up for re-evaluating my workout regime as i have changed it twice now throughout my current cut.

i workout typically around 5:00pm, occasionally i will hit a 1:00pm workout time.

i have read that lr3 causes painful pumps injecting pre workout, which is the reason i was interested in post workout.

I've never experienced pumps from LR3 pre or post work out pin.. DES on the other hand, I've had pumps for several days when pinning DES bi-lat pre work out. I FREAKING LOVE DES BECAUSE OF THAT!!!!

My opinion LR3 is a lot like GH. One a day is good in my opinion. DES I believe has to be done bi lat into muscles being trained and is best either pre work out or within 30 min of post work out. DES half life is only a few hours if I remember correctly.

Lr3 should not be shot pre workout as it will interfere with your natural release of mgf. If you workout in the evening I would recommend pinning first thing in the am. You can pin subq as it will go systemic anyways. There is no real need for carbs with lr3 it might make you a little light headed but you will not go hypo. Des optimally should be shot intra workout as that's not an option for most directly preworkout would be best.

Wouldn't pinning morning blunt mgf also?? Wouldn't post work out be best??

also I don't understand how IGF blunts MGF. MGF triggers a release of igf1 from my understanding...???

If there is already igf present the body won't release mgf and it for sure wont release more igf by doing it hours away you are allowing it to run its course. This is what seems to work I. The research I have done and what I have read with many others. With all this stuff nothing is set in stone.

Same receptors. If either are introduced while the other is present it causes interference.

I personally prefer lr3 (if using alone) about 30 minutes post workout. This gives your natural mgf release time to peak. I don't worry about the carbs with igf...I've never gone hypo on it. But definitely be prepared just in case.

I believe youre 100% correct. I remember reading something about igf stumping mgf. Its been a few years and I cant find that info anymore. Everything I find now just references mgf triggering a release in igf.
