you read a ton of info on doing this and doing that when it comes to slin, but i want to get some real info from guys right here. pre-workout, post work out, how do you run it. i've read people splitting both pre and post...i find this very intresting... let me know how you run it. maybe a little about you. weight, age, number of times used, ect....
