Motivation Monday belongs to a beautiful lady that I have gotten to know and have been inspired by her dedication, and work ethic.

Julia Marie first stepped on stage with the OPA at the 2014 GNC Natural Stephanie Worsfold Classic, competing with group of incredible women, and fell in love. ...
.
Not only does she put in 12 hr shifts at the hospital she works at, she also works in an office, plus went back to school, yet she still fits the gym in. Speaking with her recently, i found out that she had taken ill with rheumatoid where she could barely walk for 2 months. Now on the mend, she is more determined then ever to live the healthy lifestyle.

Although life has stopped her from competing lately, she still loves the idea of getting back on stage, and hopefully we will see her energetic beautiful face grace the stage again soon. Until then, keep motivating everyone Julia Marie! xoxo

I have personally competed in several different federations over the past 10 years and have done over 30+ shows, I found that the crowd, competitors, volunteers and founders of The Ontario (OPA) make for truly unmatched experience. If you are serious about competing, don't waste your time with other federations, the Ontario Physique Association is the place to be.

Don't forget to have a look at the show dates below and think about setting a goal to hit the stage this 2017 season !!!
