I agree with much of what he said but I fear the culture will work against that and it will not come to fruition there. We had a place in Dallas that was half junk yards and dope houses the other half nice little houses with barred up windows and folk just trying to make a living. It was not too far gone and they used Mr. Gates philosophy to turn it around. It is called Bishop arts district. Go outside this area and you might get mugged.
