              don't worry max I got a gut now at my weight to. very impressive heavy hitter.

                after watching max throw 225lbs around like it was nothing im not sure what to think anymore...throw in the towel, get pissed off, throw up, cry, break some windows, cut myself, mow some grass, chop a tree down, im feeling a lot of mixed emotions right now about being inferior.

                            Post it anyway! If you are training regularly one rep will soon be two, then three.....You can use this thread to monitor your progress and show of your gains. They are always quickest early on.....
