OK before you guys say why are you posting a video of me dead lifting light weight. Well it was my last set and I did 500 for 5 just before. I used all the weight at my house so I threw on 50 pounds of chains and belted out one more rep.

lol its all good bro i changed my workout last week.. im goin 4 x 12 on everything...so ill be doin 420 - 4 x 12 and workin toward all 4 sets bein 500 by the end of the year....lol maybe one day ill be able to bulk againComment
